She founded the agency with her brother Ariel, merging her marketing expertise with his management and entrepreneurial skills. Based between New York and Bucharest, Adina brings a distinctive global perspective to Adiel's approach that sets the agency apart.
As the creative lead of Adiel's campaigns, Adina crafts culturally nuanced content that bridges audiences across different markets.
In her free time, Adina pursues her passion for music and theatre, drawing inspiration for creative campaigns from the performing arts.

With a BA in history and valuable experience across entrepreneurial ventures, non-profits, and public administration, Ariel adds a unique perspective to our agency. His deep understanding of the non-profit world helps us create meaningful connections with NGOs, crafting communications that truly resonate with their specific needs. Beyond guiding our strategic vision, Ariel keeps our financial ship sailing smoothly as he manages the agency's accounting and finances.

Sinziana is a Creative Marketer with a strong affinity for Social Media and Branding. With over 10 years of experience in Marketing, she has been involved in a variety of projects, including branding initiatives, digital campaigns, e-commerce, managing numerous social media accounts, partnerships and even organizing events.
Her educational background includes studies in Advertising and Brand Design & Marketing Strategy in the UK and Design thinking & Leadership.
In her free time, she fuels her photography passion, dives into the fun of improv shows, and crafts spontaneous memes that no one asked for but everyone enjoys.
